Coaching is a relatively new approach.  It involves a partnership between coach and client that emphasizes accountability and self-awareness through MINDFUL practice and provides the foundation for behavior and lifestyle CHANGE.​

I will partner with you to optimize your performance and well-being through a comprehensive examination of your lifestyle. Your ability to deal with stress and your emotional well-being also play a vital role in your overall wellbeing and in turn, happiness.  ​

Role of the Mindfulness & Lifestyle Coach
I do not diagnosis; I use methods that lead to personal reflection, insight, and change.

I hold clients accountable for what they say they will do and work with them to overcome obstacles to change.
